Easter Sunday Bunny Stroll
It's the flagship event of the weekend. Imagine a mobile disco on London streets with 500 people dressed as the Easter Bunny - or as the Playboy Bunny.
Hold that picture just a moment. Now imagine additionally that they're all wearing skates ...
On Sunday 23rd March at 2pm the Bunny Stroll will be leaving from the eastern end of Serpentine Road for a relaxed 5-7 mile jaunt around town with tunes from the Firebrox, the LFNS pedal-powered PA system.
Costumes
We guarantee that you'll look out of place if you're not dressed up (or underdressed up ...). You don't have to get your stuff from us if you have grand plans of your own, but if convenience appeals, due to our awesome powers of bulk buying we can provide you with fetching stylish white paper suits and bunny ears at knock-down prices:
Suit + Bunny ears £5
Ears only (combine with your own costume): £3
We also have a limited quantity of plastic rabbit noses which we'll be giving
away free while stocks last with all purchases of a full suit.
To get your costume you need to be at the Victoria pub (Strathearn Place, north of Hyde Park) betweeen 11:30am and 1pm on Sunday, and collect from the people outside wearing bunny ears. Sorry, but you can't use the Vic to change in as it makes it impossible for other people to get in or out - so, run rabbit, run outside, don't let the farmer shoot you with his gun. We recommend wearing light colours underneath as they're not completely opaque (they're not as hot as they look either) so logos etc will show through. Just ask 24hrollerbunny.
If you can't get to the Victoria at that time you may be able to pick up a suit in advance, but you'll have to make arrangements with a bunnymarshal between now and the event. Please don't just turn up at the start and expect that there will be costumes available.
